STEP 3. WHY DON'T YOU ALREADY HAVE IT ?

Here's where a significant piece of resistance lies! The answer to this question is often the missing link to success! It’s usually laced with excuses, blame and justifications.

If you truly want to know what’s been holding you back – it’s you – it’s always you! Don’t berate yourself. Simple becoming aware of these reasons is enough to shift energy.

Relax and trust the process.

Write down all the reasons why you "think" you don’t already have it.

STEP 4. DECIDE TO TAKE A SIMPLE FIRST ACTION

Well done! Awareness is powerful. Now that you're more aware of the thoughts, beliefs or attitudes that have been holding you back, decide on a single, specific first action towards what you want. Decide to do something that’s new, something that you’re not in the habit of doing, something different, or something that will be pretty easy or fun to complete.

It may encompass your body, mind and spirit – but it doesn’t matter – make it simple so that it gains some momentum – make it something that is so simple you'll wonder if it's worth doing – and make it something you'll actually do within 24 hours.

STEP 5. MAKE A COMMITMEN T

Commitment is one of the secrets to success. But commitment is often a misunderstood concept. A commitment like this is made to yourself. It is about you. It is for you. Don’t make the commitment because I told you to do it. Do it because and if, it feels right for you.

Right now you want to set yourself up for easy success – thinking about, writing about, talking about and committing to completing this 7 Step Process was a good place to start. Committing to taking the simple first action you decided on in Step 4, is a good one too.

Keeping your commitments to yourself, means you are living with integrity. Not someone elses’ version of integrity – just your version of integrity – and it moves energy and speeds up momentum tenfold.

But the commitment shouldn’t feel heavy; it should just feel do-able, interesting, possible and achievable and maybe even a little exciting. Remember, that doing ONE little thing now, is better than not doing a lot of big things!

STEP 6. REWARD YOURSELF

Positive reinforcement is powerful. Reward the behaviour you want. We are changing habits here so this step is vital to the continuation of more supportive and effortless actions. And it’s also great fun!

Punishment has never been a long term deterrent, only love and acceptance can bring about sustainable change. One of the best ways to practice an improved vibration is to CELEBRATE when things are going well (but be very quiet when they’re not).

What will you give yourself if you complete this action within 24 hours ?

If you actually give yourself the reward you decide on in this step, you will add to the positive momentum, you will keep taking positive steps forward and long term change is inevitable.
